Asian results here were closer to Nick's dreary version than Dennis' diverse report. It was mostly a 1566-HLAZ show here from my 1430 start time as the high band seemed to have almost all of the limited propagation, without much of anything else except poor signals from 693-JOAB and 972-HLCA late on around 1530. HLAZ was managing fair peaks in and out from 1430-1500 but took somewhat of a dive as daylight increased. 1575 and 1593 stayed at moderate carrier levels during the same period, while 693 and 972 were the only Asians seeming to get a boost from increasing daylight, reaching threshold levels around 1530. Overall it was a pretty lackluster session, but fairly typical for this dreary month. 73 and Good DX, Gary DeBock (in Puyallup, WA, USA) 7.5" loopstick C.Crane Skywave Ultralight + 15" FSL antenna _______________________________________________ IRCA mailing list [email protected] http://montreal.kotalampi.com/mailman/listinfo/irca
