Looking for feedback in overall performance - loading time, size of images, ease of navigation. Adding a little bit every day - Please spend a bit of time on pages like: http://ircaonline.com -- the actual home "landing" page and http://ircaonline.com/the-book-store/ "The Book Store" page and http://ircaonline.com/about/ "Joining IRCA" page I have a very thick skin folks - so bring your best - I want some nitpicking! More requests for feedback will follow -- I am doing this now that I do not go down to far a road using my own inspiration when it comes to the final look and feel.
