The WRYM schedule doesn't reveal much for that time except "Noticias y Musica", so it's possible that they get RCN programming or actualities. At 21:23 I heard an ID for "Ocho Cuarenta", a dead ringer for Barquisimeto, Venezuela, but also used on the WRYM site. I listened to the streaming audio. Possibly parallel, but delayed by four or five minutes so not easy to determine for sure.
