Les, I'm not sure if they are still on the air or have gone silent, but for a long time there was an Hasidic Jewish pirate on 1710 in Brooklyn that was on quite regularly. Although I'm assuming the power quite low - under 100 watts - for a long time he could be heard via skip around the northeast. The station was a regular here near Philly. He was usually on the air on Saturday nights after Sundown following the end of the Sabbath.
