Problem is that according to the reported bearings, there are no nighttime stations with any chance whatsoever of being heard by all the people who have heard it.
So - shockingly - we must consider the possibility of a daytimer operating as more than a daytimer. Whodda thunk it? And yes, I added your bearings.
