I listened to the recording again and noticed that the second song I
heard was actually in English -- sounded like Aretha Franklin. And the
first song was probably in Spanish as I recognized a couple of words per
my two years of high school Spanish in the previous century.

both TIS's simultaneously, as well as music from a third station... either
in Spanish or Portugese... but no ID.
Anyone have a clue what the third station might be?
