I think your Vactrols are worry-free. The actual Vactrol is plastic potted and therefore impermeable to water. The leads should be tin or tin coated and therefore not a problem. Only the binding posts are left and they are commonly stainless steel or brass. BTW, when did you check your Vactrols? If you're like me, not in the middle of the wet cold dark winter but instead on a nice summer day. My boxes never have water in them in the summer, suprisingly and shockingly.
