940 It's been all alone on 940, but I can't make sense of it. Could be Venezuela, Puerto Rico, Mexico or a domestic. Live audio doesn't seem to match the Kentucky station or XEQ. It's got a slogan but I can't seem to get it. I did hear "La Mas Buena ... 9-40" at 0456. "Gobierno de la Republica" heard at 0459 suggests Mexico, but doesn't seem to match the audio stream. Can anyone else hear this?
