Well, for the curious in Victoria, actual listening revealed that it's probably time to book a plane (or dog sled) for Galena, Alaska. A collection of ghostly big guns showed up on 774, 972 and 1566 starting around 1330, and fair-level Chinese audio appeared on both 1566 and 1593 around 1410 (during peak sunrise enhancement, if you can call it that). Anemic carriers also showed up on 1134, 1377, 1503 and 1575 around the same time.
