The real reason isn't so intriguing, since it was simply a failure to account for the recent Standard Time change in the UTC figures. The Asian DX propagation peaks (if you can call them that) followed the same general pattern in Puyallup and Victoria, although as usual Puyallup got the short end of the stick-- not that either location is about to compete with Galena or Haida Gwaii.
