No need to wait for a time check: if 1062 is parallel to 891 (by vfar the easiest South Australian), it is South Australia as both have the half hour time offset. If it is parallel to any of the other regular ABC Local stations (774, 1548, 612, 702 etc), it is 4TI. 4TI is a nightly regular on my DXpeditions. 5MV is very unusual.
