I've been noticing a great push of Japanese AM stations adding FM stations in 
the extended Japanese FM band upwards of 90 MHz, most of them from 90 to 95.

I had originally created my Seoul bandscan over the summer and had exhaustively 
added details of FM stations running parallel but have noticed numerous AMs 
have added new FM frequencies in the past few months with instructions on how 
to tune them (get a radio that extends beyond 90). I think countries like the 
US would deal with a similar issue if a band were extended, except obviously 
Japan does all things radio far better than elsewhere.

Most of the FM extension education guides look exactly the same across multiple
