Checked the radio as soon as I got home from work (0100 UTC), and given
today's K index I was very surprised to find a number of strong TA
carriers. 702 was the strongest, and even yielded a bit of Koran
recitation around 0110, but also had strong carriers on 936, 1026, 1071,
1125, 1575 (and 1574.92). Thought that was too good to last, and I was
right. By the time I'd had supper and returned the carriers had all but
vanished. I have very weak traces now on 864 and 1413, and that is it.
