Walt, Like Paul advised, 4KZ is far and away the dominant 531 DU at almost every west coast location (except at Rockwork 4, where the cliff's New Zealand preference makes the Samoan-language station PI dominate). 4KZ has a distinctive 6-pip TOH signal, and a classic pop music format.
Here is a strong recording of 531-4KZ with its TOH weather report and "KZ network" ID at 1307 UTC on April 3 during a Grayland trip last year.
