Folks, I'm in AZ specifically camel back resort on business. Im using the aor400 loop and elad sdr. Im picking up a strong carrier on 1232.2Khz, its right next to 1230 KOY in Phx. I can here very faint music. I wasnt able to find any foreign stations on this frequency? Is this just a birdie? Thanks.
