On the way into Rochester this morning i tuned to 810 as there seemed to be a few stations there. At 0805 EST I heard a partial ID for several stations on FM, including a station in Plattsburgh. Must be WGY, I thought, though that seems a stretch for an FM translator. The ESPN promo also seemed odd. Later I looked through the list and I must have been hearing WPIN Dublin VA giving its location as Blacksburg. A relog from 1999, and also one that I verified at that time.
Mexican music also heard in the mix was probably Indianapolis.
