1215 started showing a carrier by 0205UT tonight, finally showing a
bit of noise, just a little bit, by 0330UT, usual ponderous rock, man
talking, but too weak to make any sense.
Weak carriers 855 891 (quite strong at times) 909 999 1089, 1098
likely others... things are pretty erratic.
