Mostly low band Japanese this morning. First noted several around
1200, and they faded up and down over the next couple of hours, never
really getting any better. The upper band was pretty much devoid of
signals, with even 1566 only having an anemic carrier.

693 JOAB Tokyo, JAPAN Traces of woman in Japanese at 1158.
747 JOIB Sapporo, JAPAN Talk by woman, then musical bridge to time
pips at 1200.
774 JOUB Akita, JAPAN Woman in Japanese at 1158, //747.
828 JOBB Osaka, JAPAN Man in Japanese at 1358.
1098 V7AB MARSHALL ISLANDS Came up to fair level briefly at 1012 with
woman talking. Noted again briefly with choral music at 1126.
1116 4BC Brisbane, AUSTRALIA Presumed 4BC with music prior to the hour,
followed by time pips at 1400.
