The Japanese big guns did very well this morning, but that didn't
result in any of the more exotic Japanese reaching audio. All Japanese
on the lower band, but nearer the top end was also getting DU carriers
and some audio. 4QD had its best performance of 2017, and the X-band
had a number of interesting carriers, though only 1701 produced any audio.
