Yes, you certainly are the trailblazer to this subtropical DXing paradise. From 
our fifth floor motel room balcony the ocean scenery and TP-DX is awesome. 

The curious thing is that I've already talked to two Canadian transplants who 
have moved here to Kona recently, including one from Ontario. When I asked him 
what the difference is between the two places, he said, "About 40 degrees."
