Anyone who buys this old rotting RF heap of a radio station has more dollars then sense. The cost of improvements and monthly operating expenses would make this a losing proposition from the get-go, unless you have another business that can absorb the costs. This place needs some serious upgrades.
They are apparently on, I'm told, testing in hopes of finding or for a potential buyer.
