Hi Craig, Thanks for your comments. Our Rockwork DXpedition group greatly enjoyed welcoming the two Japanese DXers last year, and we look forward to many more joint DXpeditions in the future. It's always fascinating to share the same hobby with transoceanic friends, especially those living in an area of prime DXing interest.
Gary <<< Gary, Thanks for forwarding this excellent report. Nice to see the photo of the Sony ICF-S5W. On the September 2016 Taitosaki DX Reception Log I found the number of US Midwest stations logged quite interesting. KICY Nome, AK blocking KOA. How novel! I had to work at nulling KOA from Biloxi, MS to SW Florida with the compact Sony portables I travelled with at the time. >>> Best of DX & 73, Craig Barnes Wheat Ridge, CO ----- Original Message ----- From: "C B via IRCA" <[email protected]> To: "Mailing list for the International Radio Club of America" <[email protected]> Cc: "C" <[email protected]> Sent: Saturday, July 29, 2017 3:57:04 PM Subject: Re: [IRCA] July 2016 International Rockwork 4 DXpedition-- the Japanese Report _______________________________________________ IRCA mailing list [email protected] http://montreal.kotalampi.com/mailman/listinfo/irca Opinions expressed in messages on this mailing list are those of the original contributors and do not necessarily reflect the opinion of the IRCA, its editors, publishing staff, or officers For more information: http://www.ircaonline.org To Post a message: [email protected] _______________________________________________ IRCA mailing list [email protected] http://montreal.kotalampi.com/mailman/listinfo/irca Opinions expressed in messages on this mailing list are those of the original contributors and do not necessarily reflect the opinion of the IRCA, its editors, publishing staff, or officers For more information: http://www.ircaonline.org To Post a message: [email protected]
