Decent conditions again this morning. I listened from 1222 to 1315. Faint audio
was heard from 774, JOUB (presumed) with male and female speaking @1306.
Possible EE lesson. I believe that is their typical programming for that time
of day.
Asian oriented carriers heard on - 594, 693, 702, 828, 972, 11071116 and 1566
DU oriented carriers heard on - 702 and 1098
