Poor again this Tuesday morning though 1566 HLAZ came up a little toward
the end and lasted longer than usual lately. A few DU hets after 1250
utc with1098 het poor today.
774 Japan very poor 1231 utc; 1300 TOH still very poor but 3 pips and
chime come through easily.
972 S Korea very poor1254 utc
1566 HLAZ very poor 1235 utc; very poor/poor 1256 utc; very poor 1316
utc then gone.
