Slightly improved conditions were noted this morning. JOUB 774 with an EE
lesson had the best audio in a while, with fair audio during pre-sunrise
enhancement. Weaker audio also heard on JOIB, 747.
Asian hets were heard on 594, 693, 972, 828, 1008, 1035, and 1566
DU hets were heard on 612, 702, 738 and 774
I listened from 1205 to 1315.
