I checked my recording from this morning at 1300 UTC. There's a woman
dominating 1490 mentioning "la nueva estacion de" something, followed by
an enthusiastic ID for KZGI like you described. No mention of KBRO
that I could hear, but I'd say you had them
..

list can tell me it it would make sense to hear that on KBRO. The
"Estacion de la Familia" website doesn't help, as it doesn't seem to
mention either KBRO or KZGI.
