I am about smack between two 1400's.... WJET Erie is 51 miles to my Northwest, WKBI Saint Marys is 41 miles to my southeast.. but if I hear anything identifiable on 1400, it's WJET Erie...... I think partly because of the terrain, the national forest between me and WKBI, plus WKBI's tower is down in a bowl.
I've yet to hear WKBi, a former employer of mine, here in Warren PA Paul On Thu, Oct 19, 2017 at 10:18 AM, Stan Horzepa <[email protected]> wrote: > New logging: > > WMKM, last night at 2300Z on graveyard channel 1400 kHz, 1000 watts from > Inkster, MI, 537 miles to the WNW, playing gospel music > > Equipment used: ELAD FDM-S2/FDM-SW-2 and an 80 m inverted Vee antenna > > 73, > > Stan, WA1LOU > Wolcott, CT, USA > horzepa.com > > _______________________________________________ > IRCA mailing list > [email protected] > http://montreal.kotalampi.com/mailman/listinfo/irca > > Opinions expressed in messages on this mailing list are those of the > original contributors and do not necessarily reflect the opinion of the > IRCA, its editors, publishing staff, or officers > > For more information: http://www.ircaonline.org > > To Post a message: [email protected] > > _______________________________________________ IRCA mailing list [email protected] http://montreal.kotalampi.com/mailman/listinfo/irca Opinions expressed in messages on this mailing list are those of the original contributors and do not necessarily reflect the opinion of the IRCA, its editors, publishing staff, or officers For more information: http://www.ircaonline.org To Post a message: [email protected]
