When DXing from SW Minneapolis in the early 1990s, KUSD was still on the air. I was southeast of the tx of the 690 Mpls Station (different call, same pattern), in their main lobe and still able to null them to almost nothing and hear KUSD very well. Another piece of trivia; any one remember the Twin Cities station on 1370 that went dark in the early 80s? Never could figure the reason for their existence.
