James, Cleaning out my 5,000-messages here. Been meaning to track down your e-mail, which prompted me to sit on 1510.
I'm betting it's what I am hearing almost regularly here ever since I started looking in late November... 1510 XEQI MEX Monterrey — 0122 — Classical music, possibly Dvorak, and sharp violin, and softspoken Spanish male //webstream. Opus ID. NEW in late November but a regular it seems... just last night was strong. Sometimes it's classical music (orchestral etc), othertimes operatic / vocal.
