Returned from a trip to Arizona and found a new verie in the mailbox. 1550 KKOV Vancouver WA, prepared card and "sorry for the long delay..." note on notepad sheet with station logos on top. This was for a report sent to the Chief Engineer in October 2012! It was a second follow up report. Signer is illegible but most likely the CE. Guess he was cleaning off his desk to start the new year. Happy to get this.
