A tiny bit better this morning with quite a few low band hets just
before and around sunrise (1425 utc). 774 Japan had a couple times with
very poor male/female talk, assumed EE lessons at 1426, 1433, 1435 utc.
972 S Korea traces of audio at 1437 utc.
