No quite as good this morning as yesterday, but still a pretty decent showing by Japan. Signals tended to be more fleeting today, more up and down than yesterday. On the other hand signals stuck around longer today, with some staying well past our 1517 sunrise.

774     JOUB    Akita, JAPAN    Short piece of music at 1355, them woman in 
Japanese.   

828 JOBB Osaka, JAPAN Fair signal at 1305, but didn't do a lot later on for some reason.

873     JOGB    Kumamoto, JAPAN  Traces of woman talking at 1356, //774.

945 CNR1 CHINA Faint mumbles of audio at 1458, then Chinese time pips at the hour.

954     JOKR    Tokyo, JAPAN    Bits of audio with man in Japanese at 1450.

972     HLCA    Danjing, S.KOREA   Vocal by man at 1357, almost operatic in 
style.

1116 4BC Brisbane, AUSTRALIA Popped up at 1419 with host talking to phone caller.

1188 JOKP Kitami, JAPAN Popped up briefly to fair level at 1509 with man in Japanese, //594

1242 JAPAN Came up for a couple of minutes with man speaking in a slow and deliberate manner.

1287    JOHR    Sapporo, JAPAN  Man talking in Japanese at 1403
        
1386 NHK2 synchros, JAPAN Very weak today, but was able to confirm // 774 with man in Japanese at 1407.

1422    JORF    Yokohama, JAPAN Traces of woman in Japanese at 1442

1566 HLAZ Jeju, S.KOREA Man speaking over musical background at 1300. Faded shortly after and was only a carrier with with the odd word here and there until near 1430 when it made a bit of a recovery.

1575 VOA THAILAND This one came in earlier today, noted with man and woman in SE Asian language at 1404.
