Interesting Nick.  Lithuania-1386 was doing very well on the Lubec KiwiSDR at 
around 2300utc and was producing a hefty carrier here in DC.  1215 was 
atypically more than just a carrier between 1210 and 1220 as well.

Seeing lots of carriers since I’ve started playing with the HF+ - nearly all of 
them are actual stations too unlike some other ‘cheap’ SDRs.
