Not a stellar start to February. Actually quite a few carriers, but
only a handful of stations reached audio level:
693 JOAB Tokyo, JAPAN Weak, with only traces of language lesson at
1342.
774 JOUB Akita, JAPAN Just in audio with language lesson at 1425.
Peaked about 10 minutes later, but still a fair at best.
828 JOBB Osaka, JAPAN Reached audio for a few minutes, with man and
woman presenting language lesson at 1432.
1566 HLAZ Jeju, S.KOREA Traces of talk by a man at 1426. A bit better
by 1440, but then slowly faded after that.
