All times and dates strictly UT [4 hours ahead of `ELT` during EDT; when
changing times one must also change the dates for events in the 00-04 UT period
to the previous date by ELT].
Rx: mostly DX-398 with internal antenna only or PL-880; NRD-545 with ALA-330S
inside E-W or inside randomwire N-S; Nissan stock caradio as specified; IC-R75
with E-W longwire.

** U S A. 1130, March 17 at 1650 UT check, it`s another SNAFU day for KLEY,
Wellington KS.
1130, March 19 at 1907 UT, KLEY Wellington KS is still SNAFU, tho bits of
modulated carrier are staying on longer now for up to 5 seconds at a time!
1130, March 22 at 1703 UT check, KLEY Wellington KS still SNAFU with bits of
modulated carrier cutting on and off at irregular intervals, while separate
rapid regular noise pulses are also transmitted. Probably an emission which
could not be accomplished if they tried to (Glenn Hauser, OK, DX LISTENING
DIGEST)
