This much-anticipated (NOT!) near-local noted testing with classical music, announcements mentioning test transmissions and giving phone 647-501-1700 or email [email protected] to report interference. It's certainly taken long enough for this station (format will be news-talk) to get on the air before the CRTC would have canceled their construction permit.
