Swung back to mostly DU today

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least
briefly):

not at all

Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a
native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

nyet

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could
be understood by a native speaker:

603 R. Waatea, island sounding ballad //765 1138UT

774 excited announcer, DU English, briefly at this level; ABC World Cup? No
parallels, 1143

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by
cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music)

702 vocal pop music 1136UT; DU, but who?

747 woman talking Japanese inflection, poking through splatter 1120UT

765 R. Kahungunu; this qualified as imaginary audio, but definitely //603 at
1138

1017 man mumbling 1145UT; Tonga?

Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or ravaged
by splatter)

774  seemed to be Asian;
594 756 882 891 909 116 seemed to be DU

best wishes,

Nick
