They certainly were on the Washington coast
around 0515UT this past week Neil, but by
supposed s/off at 1000UT, not really. Kirimati
local sunset is about that time, not too long after the northwest coast's.
Depending on your local interference, maybe
0500-0600UT might be a good time for you to
record? The Pacific islands often seem to have
enhancement at transmitter sunset when listening
on the northwest coast, as well as a little ways inland.
