Quite a fall back today. Started with DU, showed some Asian signs after 1230UT
, then just DU again as 1300UT approached, then soon faded.

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least
briefly):

no

Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a
native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

612 came close

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could
be understood by a native speaker:

594 3WV woman talking //612 1239UT

603 countryish vocal music 1238UT, Waatea?

612 4QR woman mentioning ABC News, then gave weather, and into Night Life,
1303-5UT

747 JOIB man in Japanese 1244UT

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by
cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music)

585 2 men talking, talking DU English intonation 1254UT

756 pop vocal, man talking, DU English intonation 1212UT

774 man talking DU English intonation 1206UT

828 3GI ABC fanfare 1300UT

1566 HLAZ likely, piano music then woman in Japanese? 1235UT

Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or ravaged
by splatter)

  774 972 1287 1575 seemed to be Asian;
 576 675 702 738 882 891 909 1017 1098 seemed to be DU

best wishes,

Nick
