I had no problem to download the file via Edge and then view it with Acrobat Reader. I have no problems if I open it with Chrome or Microsoft Edge, so either of those browsers (and possibly Firefox) should display the PAL correctly. I'm using a third party program (Nuance PDF Converter Pro) to create the PDF files, so there's apparently a compatibility problem with Acrobat Reader. I'll have to figure out a fix, but in the meantime try viewing the file using a different program, as noted earlier. The easiest way to do this is to find the file in File Explorer, right click on the file name, go to Open With, then click on one of the choices. Sorry for the confusion.
