1548.01 4QD Emerald, Queensland with a healthy carrier noted at 11:25 UTC. A few minutes later and I start to hear some talk through heavy domestic slop and then the unmistakable "Gimme Shelter" by the Rolling Stones which provided an easy confirmation against an online remote receiver. As with previous 4QD receptions, it was best heard on the North DKAZ, while the (roughly) southwest phased BOGs always do better on the lower frequencies for DU stuff.
Nothing else noted at the upper end of the band, not even a weak carrier.
