Why should there be a change, if there are three CRI transmitters on the
frequency at that time? One in Korean and two in Russian. There is also
CRI Urumqi supposedly beaming to 55°, so that is possible, too.

That is the norm here also Walt. This morning, 963 was quite good at
times with a woman in Russian, and that was parallel occasionally with
a much weaker 1323 (details a bit late). I think that CRI Korean on
1323 beams to Korea, and away from us on the west coast, whereas CRI
Russian beams roughly towards us.
