Slightly better conditions this morning. Reviewing Perseus recording the
following had pips and chime or just chime at 1300 TOH.
567 Japan chime very poor
594 Japan pips and chime weak, talk very poor
603 Japan chime faint
657 N Korea 3 pips and chime weak, talk very poor
693 Japan chime poor
729 Japan chime faint
747 Japan pips and chime poor, talk very poor
774 Japan pips and chime medium, talk poor
873 Japan chimes poor
882 Japan chime faint
891 Japan chime faint
945 Japan chime faint
972 S Korea pips and chime weak, talk very poor
1053 Japan chime faint

Sunrise at 1319. 774 Japan rose to weak/medium (sync det) level several
times; 594 Japan also briefly at good level. 1566 never heard better
than very poor.
