Nick, that has to be Lithuania. They have a new (relatively) Nautel transmitter, as I recall. Always enjoyed listening to them. Religious, but also RL programming, and maybe Polish Radio, too. Not sure with certainty. Likely most the religious broadcaster here at this time....Walt
