Looks like it might be opening up at 0225UT....getting a tentative
signal on 1026 which sounds awfully similar to the Radio Tabriz
webstream..And audio seems to be coming up on other channels, after a
couple of hours of futzing around.

Not improving here, but not dropping off too rapidly either. Have
had the 'regulars' on 1575,1413,1386, but also Iran on 1026, 1197
and tentatively 936. Also UK on 1089 and likely Spain on
999. Like the other night signals pop up briefly and vanish just
as quickly, so I've likely missed others.
