A rather unusual morning.   At 1200 signals were looking good, with the regulars at good levels and lots of promising carriers. But, at 1300 the only TP in audio was Korea on 1566, and just barely. After staying dormant for quite a while signals rebounded after 1400, in some cases (972 Korea in particular) to very good levels.  Several stations actually peaked after 1500, so quite bizarre.
