747 JOIB barely audible at 1214.
774 JOUB fair with moderate QRN at 1149-1200; poor at 1235; good at 1250
gradually fading away until 1300.
No signals heard on 567, 693, 828, 873 or 972 where checked.
Receiver: Skywave with 5-inch FSL.
