HLAZ 1566 managed to stumble through to 1700UT, when a fairly
readable "welcome to the Voice of America" appeared.
Local sunrise was 1523UT

The best I can come up in Victoria with is that HLAZ is still
delivering at 1642UT, not loud, but recognizably Russian talk.
