Thanks Chuck. WRTH says that they don't start breaking out until
0555UT daily, so figured that at 0200UT COPE would be doing network
programming. Unfortunately, I didn't have the luxury on my own
recording of finding a parallel; it was surprising enough hearing
anything on 999!
I'll go hunting on some webSDRs this evening at the same time, as
that sounded like a standard top of the hour sequence.

It's certainly sounds the same Walt, with the addition that the talk
sounds Spanish. My recording was far too rugged to determine that.
Was it parallel with other COPE channels at the time? That would be
a firm ID for me, and a major catch on a not particularly exciting evening.
