I was listening from about 1520UT onward, and there was quite a snarl
as 1540UT approached, as you say, upper band. That started to die
down about 10 minutes later.
Best live catch was Nei Menggu RGD on 1458kHz, //7270SW, very
interesting droning vocal music.
